Ms. Nandini Ramamurthy has completed her Mphil and PhD from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and her masters in Development Economics from ISS, Hague, The Netherlands. Ms.Nandini has 15 years of experience across various industries such as Microfinance, Banking and Financial Services. Ms.Ramamurthy expertise lies in underwriting and managing risk in large business environment and formulating business strategies. She started her professional endeavour with SWAWS. Ms.Nandini worked with Lakshmi Vilas Bank now merged with Development Bank of Singapore. In the year 2010 she joined MFIL and started the gold loan vertical and later diversified into MSME segment. She has assumed multiple roles and delivered on various professional fronts.
r vignesh - chief executive officer
Mr. Vignesh has completed his MBA in Investment Banking from London School of Business and Finance. He has 16 years of experience in financial sector. He has worked at various capacities across departments within the microfinance space. Mr.Vignesh has deep knowledge on products, processes, people and market. His expertise lies in establishing distribution channels for the delivery of financial services, with a deep interest in customer centric products through digital innovations. He has worked in SWAWS, SCCI, Inditrade and is presently with MFIL. In MFIL, Vignesh focus has been on pioneering in leveraging technology in the MSME segment. Some of the key contributions in the previous companies are FOBRES rated SCCI Microfinance Company as third best in operational efficiency. RBI appreciated for its initiatives on interest free educational loan product. In his last stint, as CEO of Inditrade, he contributed immensely towards establishing Inditrade presence across India. Under his leadership Inditrade achieved the following awards: Raising star MFI, 2019, Fastest growing MFI for eight consecutive quarters, Distinguished NBFC award for best women customer engagement initiative, 2021 and Best use of data and analytics – micro finance company, 2022.
He is passionate about technology driven delivery of financial services and its impact on grassroot level.
Ramdoss Krishnaswamy - director
Mr. Ramdoss has more than four decades of experience in the banking sector. He started his career in the State Bank of India and has assumed many leadership roles and has delivered at various professional fronts. Mr.Ramadoss has also worked in Kenya with a Private bank. During his tenure in SCCI, Mr. Ramdoss played a crucial role in the transition of SWAWS as a society to NBFC. Mr.Ramadoss is a dynamic person with staunch professional optimism and has a scientific approach towards any dimension of life.
